To that regard, there are no refunds possible, except in the strangest of circumstances; but there certainly may be conditions and reasons which merit a replacement product in the case of a customer being dis-satisfied.
DSPplug is not responsible for any damages as a result of the use of our products. While the quality of our products (and of our affiliates) are stringently tested; it is not possible to consider complexities beyond our control such us updates to DAW (digital audio workstations) and the problems which might arise resulting in their use.
